Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Lucky Boy London, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

• Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

Exchange

• Exchanges are allowed only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.
• Requests for exchange must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may request a return after delivery, subject to the return policy.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Innerwear and intimate wear.
• Gift cards or vouchers.
• Clearance or final sale products.
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photographs of the product. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
